Mushrooms are one of the most underrated veggies. Not only are they a superfood but they are rich in flavor and such an easy addition to any meal. This recipes only took 20 minutes to make and easy peasy!!!
1 - 8 oz Package Baby Portabella Mushrooms
1 - 16 oz Package Potato Gnocchi
1/4 C Born With Seoul Bulgogi sauce
3 Tbsp butter
Rinse mushrooms and drain. Chop into bite size pieces.
Preheat stove top to med-high heat.
Sauté and combine garlic, mushrooms, and butter. Once the mushrooms are slightly seared on each side add bulgogi sauce. Turn off the heat and set aside so they don't keep cooking. Will look very saucy.
Boil water. Add Gnocchi. Gnocchi cooks very quickly... maybe 2-3 minutes!
Pour saucy mushrooms over gnocchi.
Chop parsley and sprinkle on the mushrooms.
Add sesame seeds for and extra layer of earthy nutty flavor!
